What to do first:
The first step in any type of appliance repair or service is very easy: Check the warranty.
If it us under warranty most of the time you will be able to get the company its under warranty with to send someone, like me and my company, out to service you. If not, do not fear, for a low cost we can fix, service, and repair all or any of your appliances. You should also know that a home warranty is a great idea. We work with every national home warranty in America to bring you peace of mind, quality of service and a prompt visit. Remember service contracts are also available including 3rd party.
If you have neither, you can always try and fix an appliance such as a washer or dryer yourself. If you look us up on Google you can see some of our YouTube videos on how to fix or repair an appliance. They are easy instructions. We always recommend that you do call us for any repair or service.
DO – have your dryer vent cleaned out regularly to prevent costly repairs.
DO – make sure your appliance is plugged in or has power through the breaker before you call.
DO – refer to your owner’s manual to check normal operating procedures.
DO NOT – partially disassemble your appliance unless you know how to work on the appliance. Incorrect assembly can cause unnecessary expenses.
DO NOT – continue to use your appliance if it is overheating, overfilling, or making unusual noises
